Calnet IT Solutions was started by our directors Damien Garry and Paul O’Donnell in 2003. Both directors have come from an IT Service background, with a combined experience of over 40 years in the industry.
They have worked as helpdesk engineers, field service engineers and IT managers and so understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
With a vast experience in customer service, the Calnet ethos is to go above and beyond to provide the customer with a hassle-free, secure and efficient service. Our ethos comes from the experience and core beliefs of our directors and filters through all members of our staff, from our engineers to our helpdesk and our office staff.
